   ...DISCUSSION...

UPPER PATTERN WILL CHANGE LITTLE THROUGH THIS PERIOD WITH THE UPPER
TROUGH DOMINATING THE EAST AND A RIDGE OVER THE SWRN STATES. SEVERAL
SHORTWAVE TROUGHS WILL MOVE OVER THE RIDGE AND THEN SEWD THROUGH THE
CNTRL AND NRN PLAINS THROUGH OH VALLEY. WHILE SOME SEVERE WEATHER
WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM PARTS OF THE CNTRL AND SRN PLAINS EWD THROUGH
THE OH AND TN VALLEYS...UNCERTAINTIES REGARDING DEGREE OF MOISTURE
RETURN AND TIMING OF THE SHORTWAVES SUGGEST PREDICTABILITY IS TOO
LOW TO WARRANT INCLUSION WITHIN A HIGHER END OUTLOOK AT THIS TIME.
