   OF THE PERIOD WITH ACCOMPANYING LEE CYCLOGENESIS IN THE HIGH PLAINS.
   WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE SRN HIGH PLAINS BUT THE
   MAGNITUDE OF MINIMUM RH REMAINS IN QUESTION.  BY THE MIDDLE PORTION
   OF NEXT WEEK...TIMING DIFFERENCES INCREASE SUCH THAT PREDICTABILITY
   OF THE SMALLER-SCALE UPPER DISTURBANCES OVER THE SRN U.S. PRECLUDE
