   15-20 MPH OVER PORTIONS OF ERN NM...W-CNTRL TX...AND THE TX
   PANHANDLE. DEEP BOUNDARY LAYER MIXING AND TEMPERATURES IN THE 70S
   WILL FAVOR MIN RH VALUES IN THE LOW TEENS. THESE CONDITIONS WILL
   YIELD AN ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER THREAT.

   NNWLY SURFACE WINDS SUSTAINED FROM 10-15 MPH WILL PERSIST INTO WED
   ACROSS THE CNTRL/SRN FL PENINSULA. IN ADDITION...A DRY CONTINENTAL
   AIRMASS WILL RESIDE ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL SUPPORT MIN RH VALUES
   NEAR 30 PERCENT AS TEMPERATURES WARM INTO THE LOW/MID 60S. AS A
   RESULT...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE.
