...NO LARGE-SCALE SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
UPPER TROUGH OVER THE NWRN U.S. WILL MOVE NWD A BIT ALLOWING FOR A
SLIGHT DECREASE IN WIND SPEEDS FOR THE GREAT BASIN AREA. A LARGE
UPPER RIDGE WILL HOLD FOR THE CENTRAL PART OF THE COUNTRY...WHILE
A DRY COLD FRONT MOVES SWD THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY AND
   APPALACHIANS.

   ...GREAT BASIN AREA...
UPPER TROUGH WILL SHIFT SLIGHTLY NWD ON TUESDAY...ALLOWING FOR A
DECREASE IN WIND SPEEDS ON AVERAGE OVER THE GREAT BASIN. BY
AFTERNOON...SWLY WINDS AROUND 15 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG WITH
HIGHER GUSTS. MIN RH WILL BE LOW ONCE AGAIN AT 10-15 PERCENT.

   ...WRN NC / NWRN SC...
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE MID ATLANTIC AREA ON
TUESDAY...CAUSING WINDS TO SHIFT NLY AT 15-20 MPH. THIS COLD FRONT
IS EXPECTED TO BE MOSTLY DRY IN NATURE. RH WILL BE ON THE HIGH
SIDE HOWEVER...AT 30-40 PERCENT. A WARM DRY SPELL OVER THE LAST
WEEK ALONG WITH SEVERE DROUGHT CONDITIONS SUGGEST INCREASING FIRE
DANGER...PARTICULARLY INTO WRN NC AND EXTREME NWRN SC.
