   ...SYNOPSIS... 
   EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR IMAGERY SHOWED AN UPPER LOW OVER THE FOUR
   CORNERS REGION. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN AS IT MOVES OUT INTO THE SRN
   PLAINS TODAY. AT THE SFC...A COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM WRN/CNTRL
   TX INTO PORTIONS OF SRN NEW ENGLAND BY TONIGHT. THE UPPER RIDGE IN
   THE WEST WILL AMPLIFY AS A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES
   THE COAST. SFC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD EWD THROUGH MONDAY...ACROSS
   THE UPPER MIDWEST AND OH VALLEY. SFC HIGH PRESSURE WILL ALSO REMAIN
   ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST...RESULTING IN LIGHT WINDS. MINIMUM RH VALUES
   WILL AGAIN RANGE FROM 30-40 PERCENT IN PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHEAST.

   HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE LOCATED OVER MOST OF THE CONUS ON
   MONDAY...RESULTING IN LIGHT SFC FLOW IN MOST AREAS. WINDS WILL BE
   STRONGER IN THE GREAT LAKES REGION ASSOCIATED WITH ANOTHER COLD
   FRONT MOVING THROUGH THE AREA. AN UPPER TROUGH WILL MOVE ONSHORE BY
   MONDAY NIGHT...WHICH WILL SPREAD MOISTURE INLAND AND SHIFT THE WRN
   RIDGE TO THE EAST. THE TROUGH IN THE SRN PLAINS WILL MOVE EAST ON
   MONDAY...TO BE LOCATED IN THE ARKLATEX REGION BY TUESDAY MORNING.
