   EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR IMAGERY SHOWED AN UPPER LOW MOVING ACROSS
   NRN AR. THIS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL LIFT NORTHEAST ACROSS THE OH
   RIVER VALLEY BY TONIGHT. THE ASSOCIATED SFC COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
   FROM ERN TX INTO AL/GA BY TONIGHT WITH STRONG NWLY SFC WINDS BEHIND
   THE FRONT. ACROSS THE WEST...SFC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE LOCATED JUST
   NORTH OF THE FOUR CORNERS REGION. THE UPPER RIDGE IN THE WEST WILL
   BEGIN TO WEAKEN AS A PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM MOVES INTO BC BY TONIGHT.
   VERY STRONG WINDS / 30-60 MPH WITH LOCALLY HIGHER GUSTS / AS WELL
   AS WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS SYSTEM.

   STRONG NWLY SFC WINDS WILL DEVELOP TODAY WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF
   15-25 MPH...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER GUSTS POSSIBLE. MINIMUM RH VALUES
   WILL RANGE FROM 25-40 PERCENT...WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE 50S
   AND 60S. LOWER RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED IN PORTIONS OF SW TX...BUT
   WINDS IN THIS REGION WILL ALSO BE MUCH LIGHTER.  
   
   ...SRN CA/AZ...
   THE SFC PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL PRODUCE LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS TODAY.
   SUSTAINED WINDS OF 15-25 MPH ARE EXPECTED. STRONG DOWN VALLEY WINDS
   IN THE CO RIVER VALLEY ARE LIKELY AS WELL. MINIMUM RH VALUES OF 
   10-20 PERCENT ALONG WITH MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER
   60S/LOWER 70S ARE FORECAST. RECENT FIRE DANGER CLASS OBSERVATIONS
   HAVE BEEN LOW...SO FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS SHOULD BE MINIMAL.

   THE UPPER RIDGE IN THE WEST WILL BREAK DOWN AS SHORTWAVE ENERGY
   MOVES THROUGH THE NRN STREAM. THE UPPER TROUGH IN THE EAST WILL
   WEAKEN AS IT APPROACHES THE EAST COAST BY SATURDAY. SFC HIGH
   PRESSURE WILL REMAIN CENTERED NEAR THE FOUR CORNERS REGION AND
   BUILD INTO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST BY FRIDAY NIGHT. SFC WINDS WILL
   INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY ACROSS THE NRN PLAINS AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY
   DEVELOPS ACROSS THE DAKOTAS ON FRIDAY. ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES
   ARE EXPECTED FOR AREAS IN THE SOUTHWEST.
