   ...NO LARGE-SCALE SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED...
     
   ...SYNOPSIS... 
     
   A LARGE AREA OF DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS MUCH
   OF THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS FROM KANSAS..NORTHWARD TO THE
   DAKOTAS DURING THE PERIOD.  A COLD FRONT MOVING SOUTHWARD OUT OF
   CANADA AND ACROSS THIS AREA WILL SWITCH THE WINDS FROM STRONG WEST
   TO NORTHWESTERLY.  AHEAD OF THE FRONT..DURING THE AFTERNOON..THE
   AIR ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS WILL BE QUITE DRY WITH
   HUMIDITY IN THE 15 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE AND POSSIBLY LOWER AT TIMES
   DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON.  CONDITIONS REMAIN VERY DRY DUE TO THE
   LACK OF ANY SIGNIFICANT WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION IN THE PAST MONTH
   ACROSS THIS AREA ALONG WITH THE DRY AND DEAD FINE FUELS. BEHIND THE
   COLD FRONT..TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 40S AND 50S AND HUMIDITY
   READINGS WILL INCREASE SLIGHTLY. 
   
   THE UPPER LOW OFF THE CALIFORNIA COAST WILL ACCELERATE AND MOVE
   RAPIDLY ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST US PUTTING AN END TO THE STRONG
   OFFSHORE WINDS ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA OF THE PAST DAYS.
