   SWD TOWARD THE SRN CA COAST BY 08/12Z. AN ASSOCIATED WEAK SURFACE
   LOW NEAR THE COAST COMBINED WITH STAGNANT HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
   GREAT BASIN MAY BRING LOCALIZED MODERATE NELY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH TO
   THE INTERIOR VALLEYS OF SRN CA...HOWEVER...WIND SPEEDS ELSEWHERE
   ARE GENERALLY EXPECTED TO BE LESS THAN 15 MPH.
