   ...SYNOPSIS...
   BROAD MID/UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO THE
   CNTRL/SRN PLAINS TODAY. AN ASSOCIATED SFC LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE BY
   TONIGHT INTO THE LOWER MS VALLEY. A COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM THE
   GULF COAST INTO SRN TX WITH A WARM FRONT REACHING TO THE MID-
   ATLANTIC COAST. PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE RESPECTIVE
   FRONTAL BOUNDARIES THROUGH SUNDAY. IN THE WEST...THE NEXT STORM
   SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST/NRN CA BRINGING
   ABUNDANT MOISTURE INTO THE AREA. THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE CONUS
   WILL HAVE HIGH RH VALUES TODAY. THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE SOME
   AREAS IN THE SW...BUT SFC WINDS WILL BE RELATIVELY LIGHT...THUS
   PRECLUDING CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

   AN UPPER TROUGH WILL BE LOCATED IN THE CNTRL CONUS AT THE START OF
   THE PERIOD...AND WILL DEVELOP INTO A CLOSED UPPER LOW BY EARLY
   MONDAY IN THE OH RIVER VALLEY. MEANWHILE...A SHORTWAVE IN THE WEST
   WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NRN GREAT BASIN INTO THE WRN HIGH PLAINS BY
   MONDAY. AT THE SFC...COLD ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS
   THE NORTHEAST...WITH TEMPERATURES RUNNING 15-30 DEGREES BELOW
   NORMAL IN SOME LOCATIONS. IN THE WEST...ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL
   BRING ADDITIONAL MOISTURE INTO THE REGION.
