   LOW MOVING INTO WRN MT...WHICH WILL HELP DRIVE A SFC FRONT EXTENDING
   ACROSS SRN ID EWD TODAY. AT THE SURFACE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
   ACROSS THE NRN GREAT BASIN. LOCALLY STRONG WINDS WILL OCCUR ACROSS
   PORTIONS OF THE NORTHWEST...WHERE SUSTAINED WLY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH
   ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTN...WITH HIGHER GUSTS POSSIBLE.

   ELSEWHERE...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ARE LIKELY ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   CNTRL CA...WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB INTO THE 90S/100S...AND
   MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL BE LESS THAN 10 PERCENT. CRITICAL FIRE
   WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DEVELOP...SO AN OUTLOOK AREA

   LOW...MOVING THROUGH NRN BC...WILL BE LOCATED IN ERN ALBERTA BY
   SATURDAY NIGHT...WITH A BAND OF MODERATE WLY MID LEVEL FLOW
   EXTENDING ACROSS THE NRN GREAT BASIN INTO THE CNTRL PLAINS. A SFC
   COLD FRONT WILL DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS MT/WY BY SUNDAY
   MORNING...RESULTING IN HIGHER RH VALUES AND A NLY WIND SHIFT. GUSTY
   WLY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN PORTIONS OF MT/WY AND THE SNAKE RIVER
   VALLEY IN SRN ID ON SATURDAY BEFORE THE FRONTAL PASSAGE. ANOTHER
   AREA OF POTENTIAL CONCERN IS ACROSS CNTRL/SRN CA...WHERE LOCALLY
   STRONG NW WINDS ARE AGAIN EXPECTED IN THE AFTN. FINALLY...ISOLATED
   DRY TSTMS MAY BE POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF CO/NM ON SATURDAY
