   FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL EXTEND FROM THE MID ATLANTIC SWWD ALONG THE
   GULF COAST AND WILL BE A FOCUS FOR PRECIPITATION.  RELATIVELY WARM
   AND DRY AIR WILL BE CONFINED TO THE SWRN U.S. UNDERNEATH WEAK SWLY
   FLOW AHEAD OF AN UPPER LOW THAT WILL BRING PRECIPITATION INTO NRN CA
   BY FRIDAY MORNING.
   
   ...SERN AZ / WRN AND CENTRAL NM / FAR W TX...
   WEAK SWLY FLOW ALOFT COMBINED WITH LOWER PRESSURES AT THE SURFACE
   WILL KEEP CONDITIONS IN THIS REGION WARM AND DRY.  HIGH TEMPERATURES
   IN THE 60S AND 70S WILL CAUSE MIN RH LEVELS IN THE TEENS.  ALTHOUGH
   PRESSURE GRADIENTS WILL BE WEAK...WINDS OF 10-20 MPH WILL LIKELY MIX
   DOWN TO THE SURFACE DURING THE AFTERNOON
