   CONTINENTAL POLAR AIR WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF THE CONUS THIS
   PERIOD IN ASSOCIATION WITH BROAD UPPER TROUGH MOVING THROUGH THE
   GREAT LAKES REGION AND LARGE SFC HIGH PRESSURE FROM THE NRN ROCKIES
   INTO THE MID MS RIVER VALLEY. SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SLOWLY
   SWD THROUGH SRN GA/NRN FL AND THE NRN GULF OF MEXICO DURING THE NEXT
   12-24 HOURS. COMBINATION OF BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES NORTH OF THE
   BOUNDARY AND MOIST LOW-LEVEL CONDITIONS SOUTH OF THE FRONT WILL
   PRECLUDE ANY SIGNIFICANT LARGE-SCALE FIRE WEATHER PROBLEMS ACROSS
   THE CENTRAL AND ERN CONUS. 
   
   IN THE WEST...UPPER LOW OFF THE NRN CA/ORE COAST EARLY THIS MORNING
   WILL COMBINE WITH A DIGGING UPSTREAM TROUGH TO PRODUCE AN INCREASE
   IN CYCLONIC FLOW ALONG THE WEST COAST THIS PERIOD. THIS TROUGH WILL
   RESULT IN LIGHT LOW-LEVEL ONSHORE FLOW ACROSS SRN CA BRINGING MOSTLY
   CLOUDY...MOIST...AND RELATIVELY COOL CONDITIONS. MINIMUM RH VALUES
   AT OR BELOW 20 PERCENT WILL BE CONFINED TO THE INTERIOR/SRN DESERTS
   OF CA AND PORTIONS OF THE FOUR CORNERS STATES WHERE WINDS WILL
   GENERALLY BE LIGHT /AT OR BELOW 15 MPH/.

   TRACK ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES/OH VALLEY REGION. COOL SURFACE
   TEMPERATURES AND/OR HIGH BOUNDARY LAYER RH VALUES WILL PRECLUDE
   SIGNIFICANT LARGE-SCALE FIRE WEATHER PROBLEMS ACROSS BOTH THE
   CENTRAL AND ERN U.S. 
   
   LITTLE CHANGE IN THE MID-LEVEL FLOW PATTERN IS ANTICIPATED ACROSS
   THE WRN CONUS WITH A SLOW MOVING UPPER TROUGH OFF THE NRN CA COAST
   THE PREVAILING WEATHER FEATURE. MOIST ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST
   ACROSS SRN CA. SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES/RH VALUES OVER THE LOWER CO
   RIVER VALLEY EWD ACROSS AZ/NM COMBINED WITH GENERALLY LIGHT WINDS
   /AT OR BELOW 15 MPH/ WILL PRECLUDE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
