   PRESSURE WILL WEAKEN/PUSH OFFSHORE THE MID ATLANTIC COAST...WITH
   INCREASING MOISTURE/PRECIPITATION THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY...
   SOUTHEAST STATES...AND MID ATLANTIC REGION.
   
   IN THE WEST...SHORTWAVE RIDGING/ZONAL UPPER FLOW WILL EXIST ACROSS
   THE WESTERN STATES AHEAD OF UPPER TROUGH OFF THE COAST OF BRITISH
   COLUMBIA...WITH EXPANSIVE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING EASTWARD INTO THE
   NRN/CNTRL PLAINS TONIGHT. GIVEN WEAKENING GRADIENT/INCREASING
   ONSHORE COMPONENT...LOCALLY BREEZY OFFSHORE FLOW ACROSS SRN CA WILL
   SUBSIDE THIS MORNING.
   
   OVERALL PATTERN SUGGESTS NEGLIGIBLE FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS OVER THE
   CONUS TODAY.

   TRANQUIL FIRE WEATHER PATTERN WILL CONTINUE OVER THE CONUS ON
   FRIDAY. SHORTWAVE TROUGH OVER THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL
   PROGRESS INTO THE MID ATLANTIC...WITH SURFACE LOW PRESSURE DEEPENING
   ALONG THE ATLANTIC COAST. STRONG ONSHORE FLOW/PLENTIFUL
   PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AHEAD OF
   UPPER TROUGH NEARING THE COAST. 
   
   ELSEWHERE UPPER SHORTWAVE RIDGING/BROAD SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL
   MIGRATE EASTWARD THROUGH THE PLAINS ON FRIDAY. AS SUCH...AIRMASS
   WILL DRY OVER THE CNTRL PLAINS WITH GUSTY N/NW WINDS...HOWEVER
   TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN QUITE COOL IN ADDITION TO LIMITED FUELS.
