   PATTERN WILL REMAIN OVER MUCH OF THE WRN STATES AS ONSHORE FLOW IS
   REINFORCED BY UPPER TROUGH OVER WRN CANADA.

   GUSTY SW WINDS WILL EXIST OVER THE SRN HIGH PLAINS TODAY AS DRY
   DOWNSLOPE FLOW PERSISTS. WIND SPEEDS WILL LIKELY REACH THE 15-25 MPH
   RANGE WITH HIGHER GUSTS BY AFTERNOON. UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES
   WILL CLIMB INTO THE 65 TO 75 DEGREE RANGE...WITH CONTINUANCE OF DRY
   FUELS. NEVERTHELESS SUFFICIENTLY HIGH AFTERNOON RH VALUES /GENERALLY
   20 PERCENT OR HIGHER/ WILL DETER ISSUANCE OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
