   TROUGH AND COOL AIRMASS OVER MUCH OF THE COUNTRY. COLD FRONT FROM
   THE MID ATLANTIC TO LOWER MISSISSIPPI DELTA THIS MORNING WILL
   PROGRESS INTO THE ATLANTIC/GULF OF MEXICO THIS EVENING. ELSEWHERE
   BROAD HIGH PRESSURE ACCOMPANIED BY COLD/DRY ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL
   SPREAD THROUGH THE NATIONS MID SECTION.
   
   ACROSS SRN CA/SW AZ...OFFSHORE FLOW/LOCALLY GUSTY BREEZES WITH
   RELATIVELY LOWER RH VALUES WILL EXIST THROUGH THE PERIOD...HOWEVER
   WEAK BROAD SCALE WINDS AND SEASONALLY COOL TEMPERATURES WILL INHIBIT
   CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS.

   BY THE END OF THE PERIOD. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL SPREAD FROM THE
   CNTRL/SRN PLAINS INTO THE TN VALLEY/SOUTHEAST STATES...WITH
   ASSOCIATED COLD/DRY ARCTIC AIRMASS FILTERING EWD ACCORDINGLY. IN THE
   WEST...ONSHORE FLOW/PRECIPITATION WILL INCREASE INTO THE PACIFIC
   COAST REGION...AS WELL AS PORTIONS OF THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST.
   OVERALL PATTERN SUGGESTS NEGLIGIBLE FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS ON
