   COUNTRY AS BROAD HIGH PRESSURE TRANSITIONS EWD INTO THE TN
   VALLEY/SOUTHEAST STATES. PRECIPITATION WILL BECOME MORE PREVALENT
   FROM THE PACIFIC WEST COAST INTO THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST AS UPPER
   SYSTEM NEARS THE COAST.

   LOCALLY BREEZY OFFSHORE/DOWNSLOPE FLOW WILL PERSIST THIS
   MORNING...BEFORE SUBSIDING THIS AFTERNOON OWING TO WEAKENING
   GRADIENT/DEVELOPING ONSHORE FLOW. RATHER DRY AIRMASS WILL EXIST AS
   WELL WITH AFTERNOON MINIMUM RH VALUES AS LOW AS 10-15 PERCENT.
