   BROAD UPPER TROUGH OVER THE NORTHEAST CONUS WILL SHIFT EWD THROUGH
   THE PERIOD...WHILE FAST ZONAL UPPER FLOW PREVAILS ACROSS THE
   REMAINDER OF THE COUNTRY. SCATTERED PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE
   ALONG THE PACIFIC COAST FROM WA TO NRN CA...AS WELL AS OVER MUCH OF
   THE INTERMOUNTAIN REGION. IN THE SOUTHEAST...HIGH PRESSURE AND
   ASSOCIATED COOL/VERY DRY AIRMASS WILL ENCOMPASS THE REGION. ALTHOUGH
   RH VALUES WILL BE AROUND/BELOW CRITICAL THRESHOLDS OVER MUCH OF THE
   SOUTHEAST STATES...LIGHT WINDS AND COOL TEMPERATURES WILL LARGELY
   MITIGATE FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS.

   PACIFIC. ZONAL UPPER FLOW WILL REMAIN OVER THE ERN CONUS AS SURFACE
   HIGH PRESSURE TRANSITIONS EWD OFF THE ATLANTIC COAST. ASSOCIATED
   AIRMASS WILL REMAIN VERY DRY FROM THE APPALACHIANS INTO THE
   CAROLINAS...HOWEVER TEMPERATURES WILL BE QUITE COOL WITH ONLY MODEST
