   PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT BASIN AND
   LOWER PRESSURES ALONG THE COAST WILL CAUSE OFFSHORE WINDS AND
   SUBSEQUENT LOW RH LEVELS.  RH LEVELS GENERALLY IN THE TEENS WILL BE
   COMMON BY AFTERNOON...AS TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE 70S F.  WIND
   SPEEDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE PARTICULARLY STRONG HOWEVER...DUE TO
   UNFAVORABLE FLOW ORIENTATION ALOFT AND MARGINAL PRESSURE GRADIENT AT
   THE SURFACE.
