   AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED OVER WRN CO AND ANOTHER FURTHER E
   OVER THE LOWER MS VALLEY.  AS A RESULT...COOL AND DRY WEATHER WILL
   PREVAIL MOST PLACES.  THE EXCEPTION WILL BE IN AREAS OF THE DESERT
   SW WHERE DOWNSLOPE WINDS AND SUNSHINE WILL HELP WARM TEMPERATURES
   AND LOWER RH VALUES.

   SUSTAINED ELY WINDS AROUND 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH HIGHER GUSTS
   THIS AFTERNOON...DUE TO HIGH PRESSURE SITUATED TO THE EAST.  MIN RH
   LEVELS WILL DIP INTO THE 15-20 PERCENT RANGE DURING THE AFTERNOON
   WHILE TEMPERATURES WARM INTO THE UPPER 60S AND 70S F.

   HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NE WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE OFFSHORE FLOW
   TODAY...UNDER WEAK UPPER RIDGE.  MIN RH VALUES OF 15-20 PERCENT WILL
   BE COMMON DURING THE DAYTIME...WITH LOCALLY POOR RECOVERY IN
   DOWNSLOPE REGIONS OVERNIGHT.  WIND SPEEDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO RISE
   TO CRITICAL LEVELS HOWEVER.
