   CA. LIGHT DOWNSLOPE FLOW SHOULD PRODUCE SIMILAR CONDITIONS OVER ERN
   NM AND NWRN TX.  FARTHER EAST...LIGHT NLY WINDS KEEP MAXIMUM
   TEMPERATURES IN THE 50S AS FAR SOUTH AS CNTRL FL...WITH AFTERNOON RH
   VALUES PREDICTED TO REMAIN ABOVE 30 PERCENT.  OTHERWISE...FIRE
   WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN WELL ABOVE CRITICAL

   REMAIN BELOW 10 MPH.  OTHERWISE...THE COMBINATION OF WIND AND
   HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN WELL ABOVE CRITICAL THRESHOLDS
