   QUIET FIRE WEATHER PATTERN WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE CONUS. UPPER
   TROUGH CENTERED ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS OF NRN MEXICO EARLY THIS
   MORNING WILL CONTINUE TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH AN EXPANSIVE CLOUD
   SHIELD ACROSS MUCH OF THE SWRN CONUS DURING THE FORECAST PERIOD.
   COMBINATION OF MOIST CONDITIONS AND LIGHT WINDS WILL PRECLUDE FIRE
   WEATHER PROBLEMS IN THIS REGION. 
   
   IN THE EAST...AN ARCTIC FRONT CROSSING THE CENTRAL/SRN APPALACHIAN
   MTNS EARLY THIS MORNING WILL SWEEP EWD OFF THE CAROLINA COAST BY
   15/18Z. WINDY POST-FRONTAL REGIME IS LIKELY ACROSS THE CAROLINAS
   THIS AFTERNOON...AIDED BY STEEP LOW-LEVEL LAPSE RATES/STRONG
   VERTICAL MIXING. DOWNSLOPE NWLY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35
   MPH ARE LIKELY ACROSS THE PIEDMONT CONTRIBUTING TO RH MINIMUMS
   BETWEEN 25-35 PERCENT. MITIGATING FIRE WEATHER FACTOR WILL BE COOL
   TEMPERATURES...WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 40S TO UPPER 50S ACROSS NC
   AND SC. TEMPERATURES WILL FALL RAPIDLY WITH DIMINISHING WIND AFTER
   SUNSET.

   TO DEVELOP IN VICINITY OF BAJA CA/NWRN MEXICO BY 16/12Z. THIS SYSTEM
   WILL TRACK EWD ACROSS NRN MEXICO THROUGH THE PERIOD...KEEPING
   TEMPERATURES ACROSS MUCH OF THE SWRN CONUS NEAR OR BELOW NORMAL.
   AREAS OF VERY LOW SURFACE RH /20-30 PERCENT MINIMUMS/ WILL REDEVELOP
   ACROSS THE MID-ATLANTIC STATES DURING FRIDAY AFTERNOON...
   HOWEVER...THIS WILL OCCUR IN ASSOCIATION WITH ARCTIC AIR MASS
   PRECLUDING ANY SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER THREAT.
