   COLD AIR ALOFT WILL DROP SWD THROUGH THE GREAT BASIN AND CENTRAL
   ROCKIES...CAUSING ZONAL FLOW TO INCREASE IN VELOCITY OVER THE SRN
   ROCKIES / PLAINS.  THIS WILL INDUCE A LEE TROUGH FROM SERN CO INTO
   ERN NM...AND WILL CAUSE INCREASED SWLY SURFACE WINDS AND WARMER
   TEMPERATURES FROM NM INTO W TX.  RH LEVELS WILL REMAIN ABOVE
   CRITICAL LEVELS IN THESE AREAS HOWEVER.  ELSEWHERE...HIGH PRESSURE
   WILL BUILD SWD INTO THE LOWER MS VALLEY AND GULF COAST
   STATES...WHERE IT WILL BE COLD AND DRY.  LOW RH LEVELS WILL OCCUR
   INTO THE PIEDMONT OF NC AND SC...WITH DOWNSLOPE FLOW AND COOL
