   BASIN. AMPLIFICATION OF WEST COAST RIDGE WILL OCCUR IN RESPONSE TO
   STRENGTHENING SOUTHWEST SYSTEM. AT THE SFC...A STATIONARY FRONT
   EXTENDING ALONG THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE WILL KEEP THE COLDEST AIR
   CONFINED TO THE NRN PLAINS AND NORTHEAST...WHILE SLY SFC WINDS BEGIN
   TO BRING GULF MOISTURE NWD ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS.

   OFFSHORE SFC WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS SRN CA TONIGHT INTO
   TOMORROW...AND LOWERING RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED BY THE END OF THE
   PERIOD.

   AS THE LARGE SCALE EAST COAST TROUGH LIFTS NORTHEAST TODAY...HIGH
   PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN ITS WAKE. THE ASSOCIATED DRY SUBSIDING
   AIRMASS EVIDENT IN EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR IMAGERY WILL RESULT IN
   MINIMUM SFC RH VALUES TO RANGE FROM 20-30 PERCENT ACROSS INTERIOR FL
   AND THE PANHANDLE FOR A NUMBER OF HOURS THIS AFTERNOON. SFC WINDS
   WILL DECREASE BY TONIGHT AS MID LEVEL JET PULLS AWAY FROM THE AREA.

   FALL TO AROUND 25 PERCENT...BUT MOIST ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN BY
   FRIDAY. ELSEWHERE A SFC FRONT WILL PUSH SWD ACROSS OK AND THE TX
