   SHORTWAVE TROUGH...WITH A MODERATELY STRONG / 30-35 KT / JET MAX
   MOVING ACROSS NM AHEAD OF THE LOW. ANOTHER SHORTWAVE WILL TRACK
   ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES EXTENDING FROM WRN SASKATCHEWAN INTO MT/WY BY
   EVENING. AT THE SFC...A STATIONARY FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM CNTRL MT
   INTO SRN MN/WI THIS AFTERNOON. A DRYLINE WILL MIX EWD ACROSS THE TX
   PANHANDLE/W TX AND MAY BE A FOCUS FOR AFTN/EVENING HIGH BASED TSTMS.

   ISOLATED DRY TSTMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS ERN NM TODAY...THOUGH DRY MID
   LEVEL AIRMASS ADVECTING IN BEHIND THE SHORTWAVE MAY LIMIT
   DEVELOPMENT. STORMS ARE MORE LIKELY TO FORM ACROSS THE DRYLINE IN W
