   EVENING...WHILE UPPER TROUGH REMAINS OFF THE BRITISH
   COLUMBIA/PACIFIC NORTHWEST COAST.

   MODEST SLY WINDS AROUND 15 MPH /WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS/ WILL EXIST
   ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON. AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES
   WILL BE PREDOMINATELY BE IN THE 90S. IN SPITE OF MONSOONAL MOISTURE
   GRADUALLY ENCROACHING FROM THE SOUTH...MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL STILL
   BE AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT. IN ADDITION...A FEW DRY LIGHTNING STRIKES
   MAY BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE ERN GREAT BASIN THIS AFTERNOON/EVENING.
