   DEVELOP EWD THROUGH THE INTERMOUNTAIN REGION. OTHERWISE HURRICANE
   FRANCES IS FORECAST TO REACH THE ERN FL COAST TONIGHT.

   WIND SPEEDS WILL BE LIGHTER TODAY IN COMPARISON TO FRIDAY AS UPPER
   RIDGING ENSUES...HOWEVER WARM/VERY DRY AIRMASS AND BREEZY CONDITIONS
   WILL PERSIST AMIDST OFFSHORE GRADIENT. SUSTAINED NLY WINDS OF 10-15
   MPH ARE GENERALLY EXPECTED. AFTERNOON MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL BE AS
   LOW AS 8-10 PERCENT IN VALLEY AREAS...WITH VERY POOR RH RECOVERIES
   OVERNIGHT.

   UPPER MIDWEST/CNTRL PLAINS...WITH SCATTERED PRECIPITATION REMAINING
   FOCUSED INVOF THE FRONT. IN THE WEST...HIGH PRESSURE WILL MIGRATE
   EWD FROM THE GREAT BASIN TOWARD THE CNTRL ROCKIES.

   WARMER/DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS CNTRL/SRN CA
   ON SUNDAY OWING TO OFFSHORE TRAJECTORIES. AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES IN
   THE UPPER 80S/90S/LOWER 100S WILL BE COMMON AWAY FROM THE IMMEDIATE
   COASTAL AREAS. AFTERNOON MINIMUM RH VALUES MAY BE AS LOW AS 8-10
   PERCENT...WITH POOR RH RECOVERIES EXPECTED OVERNIGHT. ALTHOUGH BROAD
   SCALE WINDS WILL GENERALLY REMAIN LIGHT /10 MPH OR LESS/ MUCH OF THE
   DAY...MODERATE OFFSHORE/DOWNSLOPE GRADIENT WILL YIELD LOCALLY GUSTY
