   WESTERN SYSTEM WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH ABUNDANT MOISTURE WHICH WILL
   RESULT IN HEAVY RAIN/SNOW ACROSS THE NRN SIERRA/CASCADES AND INTO
   THE NRN ROCKIES TODAY/TONIGHT. AT THE SFC...BAROCLINIC ZONE IN THE
   WRN GULF WILL RETURN NORTH AS A WARM FRONT INTO SERN TX/SRN LA
   THROUGH SC BY EARLY THU. SFC WINDS WILL BE A BIT GUSTY ACROSS ERN
   NM/W TX GIVEN INCREASING PRESSURE GRADIENT. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL
   REMAIN ABOVE 25 PERCENT HOWEVER...DIMINISHING ANY FIRE WEATHER

   PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES SEWD FROM THE NRN PLAINS INTO THE TN VALLEY BY
   EARLY FRIDAY. STRONG WINDS WILL RESULT ACROSS MT/WY AS WELL AS THE
   CNTRL PLAINS WITH WINDS SHIFTING TO THE NW BEHIND A COLD FRONT
   PROGRESSING SEWD INTO THE SRN PLAINS. MORE SHOWERS/TSTMS WILL
   DEVELOP ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST/MID-ATLANTIC IN RESPONSE TO LARGE SCALE
