   SHORTWAVE TROUGH WILL MOVE ONSHORE THE CA COAST EARLY TODAY...WHILE
   BROAD UPPER TROUGH BECOMES PROGRESSIVELY ESTABLISHED OFF THE WEST
   COAST. THIS SETUP WILL LEAD TO ANOTHER BOUT OF HEAVY
   PRECIPITATION...IN FORM OF HIGHER ELEVATION SNOW AND LOWER ELEVATION
   RAIN...FROM COASTAL WA/ORE ACROSS MUCH OF CA DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL
   DAYS.
   
   IN THE EAST...SCATTERED PRECIPITATION /PREDOMINATELY IN FORM OF
   RAIN/ EXPECTED ALONG AND NORTH OF FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM THE LOWER
   MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THROUGH THE TENNESSEE/OHIO VALLEYS INTO TONIGHT.
   OTHERWISE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD SEWD THROUGH THE PLAINS AS DRY
   CONDITIONS PREVAIL.
