   EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR IMAGERY SHOWS UPPER RIDGE BUILDING OFF THE
   WEST COAST IN RESPONSE TO DEEPENING UPSTREAM TROUGH. AS HEIGHTS RISE
   ACROSS THE WEST...THE SFC PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL TIGHTEN WITH
   LOCALLY STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS DEVELOPING ACROSS PORTIONS OF SRN CA.
   ELSEWHERE...UPPER LOW NOW OVER THE FOUR CORNERS WILL WEAKEN AS IT
   MOVES OUT INTO THE PLAINS TONIGHT. FARTHER EAST...ANOTHER UPPER LOW
   IS HEADED TOWARD THE MID ATLANTIC WHICH WILL INDUCE A SFC COASTAL
   LOW TO FORM...BUT IT WILL MOVE QUICKLY NEWD INTO THE ATLANTIC.

   ALTHOUGH SFC WINDS WILL BECOME N/NELY DURING THE PERIOD...MINIMUM RH
   VALUES SHOULD REMAIN ABOVE 25-30 PERCENT. THE RECENT RAINFALL WILL
   ALSO HELP REDUCE ANY FIRE WEATHER THREAT...DESPITE THE WARMING AND
   DRYING TREND EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

   THE WRN RIDGE WILL BECOME POSITIVELY TILTED ON MONDAY...AS A NEW
   UPPER LEVEL LOW DEVELOPS IN THE SOUTHWEST. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL BE
   CONTINUING ACROSS SRN CA...WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES A
   BIT LOWER THAN SUNDAY...GENERALLY AROUND 20-25 PERCENT. A STRONG
   SOUTHERN JET STREAM WILL EXTEND ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS INTO THE
   SOUTHEAST...WITH SEVERAL SHORTWAVE TROUGHS PROGRESSING THROUGH THE
   FAST FLOW. RISING HEIGHTS OVER THE NRN/CNTRL PLAINS WILL RESULT IN
   SOME WARMER TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY...WITH HIGHS 15-20 DEGREES ABOVE
   NORMAL.
