   INTO THE 60S.  ELY WINDS OFF THE ATLANTIC WILL KEEP RH LEVELS ABOVE
   CRITICAL LEVELS OVER CENTRAL AND SRN FL...WHILE MARGINALLY LOW
   VALUES OF 35-45 PERCENT OCCUR FARTHER N OVER THE PANHANDLE.  FARTHER
   N STILL RH WILL RANGE FROM 20-30 PERCENT OVER THE CAROLINAS
   UNDERNEATH SURFACE HIGH CENTER.  WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AREA WIDE...AND
