   PRESENCE OF STRONG UPPER LOW...WHILE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OCCUR
   FARTHER E ACROSS PORTIONS OF TX.  DRIER AIR WILL EXIST OVER THE
   CAROLINAS BUT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND TEMPERATURES FAIRLY COOL AS
   HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE WEST.
   
   FARTHER SOUTH...A WEAK AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP CONDITIONS
   MOSTLY DRY ACROSS THE FL PENINSULA...ALTHOUGH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
   WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING THE AFTERNOON AS SEA BREEZES CONVERGE ACROSS
   CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE STATE.

   COVERS THE NRN HALF OF THE COUNTRY.  AS A RESULT...FIRE WEATHER
