   HIGH PLAINS THROUGH THE DAY...WITH LEE TROUGH/DRYLINE EXTENDING SWD
   THROUGH THE CNTRL/SRN HIGH PLAINS. HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP A DRY
   AIRMASS IN PLACE ACROSS THE SE STATES.

   IN WAKE OF LEE TROUGH/DRYLINE...GUSTY SWLY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WILL
   DEVELOP BY AFTERNOON WITHIN DEEPLY MIXED AIRMASS FROM NM INTO WEST
   TX. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 15 PERCENT INVOF OF THE
   NM HIGHER TERRAIN...TO 20-25 PERCENT ACROSS WEST TX.

   WITH SFC HIGH CENTERED OVER THE ERN GULF/SE STATES...DRY AIRMASS
   WILL EXIST ACROSS NRN FL/SE STATES THROUGH THE PERIOD. HIGH
   TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL GENERALLY REACH THE UPPER 70S/LOWER
   80S...WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES AS LOW AS 30 PERCENT. IN SPITE OF
   AFTERNOON RH VALUES AROUND/BELOW CRITICAL THRESHOLDS...LIGHT WINDS
   /10 MPH OR LESS/ WILL BE PROHIBITIVE FACTOR FOR CRITICAL FIRE

   DEEPLY MIXED AIRMASS WEST OF DRYLINE/LEE TROUGH WILL AGAIN BE
   SUPPORTIVE OF GUSTY WINDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF ERN NM/WRN TX. HOWEVER
   WINDS SPEEDS /SUSTAINED 15-20 MPH/ SHOULD BE SOMEWHAT LIGHTER THAN
   PREVIOUS DAYS GIVEN TAPERING MID LEVEL WIND SPEEDS. HIGH
   TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REACH THE MIDDLE/UPPER 80S SUNDAY
   AFTERNOON...WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES OF 15-20 PERCENT. MARGINAL NATURE
   OF WINDS/FUELS WOULD SUGGEST A CRITICAL AREA IS NOT WARRANTED.

   AFTERNOON RH VALUES WILL AGAIN BE AROUND/JUST BELOW CRITICAL
   THRESHOLDS FOR A FEW HOURS DURATION SUNDAY AFTERNOON OWING TO
   REMNANT SFC HIGH PRESSURE. HOWEVER WINDS SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO
