   THE MIDDLE 80S...WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES AROUND 15 PERCENT. MARGINAL
   NATURE OF WINDS/FUELS SUGGESTS CRITICAL AREA IS NOT WARRANTED.

   DRY AIRMASS WILL REMAIN ACROSS NRN FL/SE STATES OWING TO SURFACE
   RIDGE. AFTERNOON RH VALUES SHOULD AGAIN TO FALL TO NEAR CRITICAL
   THRESHOLDS FOR A FEW HOURS DURATION...HOWEVER WIND SPEEDS WILL

   FROM THE ARKLATEX INTO THE MID/UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. IN THE
   WEST...UPPER TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TO TRANSITION EWD ACROSS THE
   PACIFIC NORTHWEST. THE ERN STATES WILL REMAIN DRY OWING TO INFLUENCE
   OF WEAK UPPER RIDGING/SFC HIGH PRESSURE.

   WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE ACROSS THE REGION ON MONDAY OWING TO
   COLD FRONT PROGRESSING EWD ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN...AS WELL AS
   INCREASING MID LEVEL WINDS ON SRN PERIPHERY OF PACIFIC NORTHWEST
   UPPER TROUGH. SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS OF 20-35 MPH WILL BE COMMON BY
   AFTERNOON. IN SPITE OF THE STRONG WINDS EXPECTED ON MONDAY...CLOUD
   COVER AND SCATTERED PRECIPITATION/SUFFICIENTLY HIGH RH SHOULD
   CONSIDERABLY LIMIT THE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THREAT.
