   PERSISTENT UPPER LEVEL LONG WAVE TROUGH OVER THE WESTERN U.S. WILL
   CONTINUE THROUGH THE PERIOD WITH A DISTURBANCE MOVING THROUGH THE
   LONG WAVE PATTERN..INTO SRN ARIZONA DURING THE DAY.  THIS
   DISTURBANCE MAY TRIGGER A FEW SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS AND HUMIDITY
   IS EXPECTED TO BE A LITTLE HIGHER OVER ARIZONA THIS AFTERNOON. 
   SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS ALONG THE ARIZONA/NEW MEXICO BORDER MAY APPROACH
   20 TO 25 MPH FOR JUST A FEW HOURS ABOUT MID AFTERNOON..HOWEVER NO
   LARGE SCALE FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED.
