   SCATTERED SHOWERS/TSTMS WILL BE COMMON FROM THE NRN ROCKIES INTO THE
   PLAINS THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE OHIO
   AND TENNESSEE VALLEYS OWING TO THE REMNANTS OF ARLENE. MEANWHILE
   UPPER RIDGING WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC REGION/SE STATES.
   
   IN WAKE OF UPPER TROUGH...LOCALLY GUSTY W/SW WINDS WILL CONTINUE
   WITH SLIGHTLY WARMER TEMPERATURES ACROSS MUCH OF AZ/NM THIS
   AFTERNOON...HOWEVER OVERALL CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN BELOW CRITICAL
