   UPPER RIDGE CENTERED OVER THE SRN ROCKIES/NRN MEXICO. SCATTERED
   SHOWERS/TSTMS THROUGH THE PERIOD WILL BE CONCENTRATED ALONG A
   FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM THE GREAT LAKES REGION INTO THE CNTRL PLAINS.

   BROAD SCALE WINDS WILL REMAIN RELATIVELY LIGHT /GENERALLY 15 MPH OR
   LESS/ ACROSS THE SRN ROCKIES AND LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY
   TODAY...WITH PRIMARILY LOCALIZED/TERRAIN-DRIVEN WIND REGIMES
   DOMINANT ACROSS NM/AZ. AIRMASS WILL REMAIN HOT/DRY AND DEEPLY MIXED.
   MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH VALUES WILL BE 5-10 PERCENT FOR SEVERAL HOURS
   DURATION /EXCEPT HIGHER IN ERN NM/...WITH POOR OVERNIGHT RH
