   BE COMMON ALONG A FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM THE WRN GREAT LAKES THROUGH
   THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY/SRN PLAINS...W/NW INTO THE CNTRL HIGH

   HOT AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN INTO THE
   LOWER COLORADO VALLEY REGION TODAY...ALTHOUGH SUSTAINED/BROAD SCALE
   WINDS WILL GENERALLY REMAIN MODEST AT 15 MPH OR LESS. AFTERNOON
   MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL BE AROUND 5-10 PERCENT FOR SEVERAL HOURS
   DURATION. AS UPPER IMPULSE APPROACHES THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON AND
