   STRONG UPPER TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TO TREK EWD ACROSS THE NRN PLAINS
   AND INTO THE GREAT LAKES BY EVENING...WITH COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM
   MI SWWD INTO MO AND KS AND INTO ERN NM. PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR
   ALONG WITH FRONT...WITH COOL AND DRY WEATHER WELL BEHIND THE FRONT
   DUE TO HIGH PRESSURE.  OUT WEST...UPPER RIDGE WILL BUILD WITH
   THERMAL RIDGE INTO CENTRAL WA AND OREGON...WHILE MONSOONAL
   PRECIPITATION CONTINUES ACROSS THE FOUR CORNERS STATES.
   
   ...OREGON / WA / NRN CA...
   BUILDING RIDGE ALOFT WILL ALLOW FOR WARMING TEMPERATURES
   TODAY...MAINLY 95-105. RH WILL BE CRITICALLY LOW NEAR 15 PERCENT E
   OF THE CASCADES AND NEAR 20 PERCENT W OF THERE. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT
   IN MOST AREAS...THE EXCEPTION BEING W OF THE OREGON CASCADES WHERE
   10-15 MPH NWLY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE DUE TO DIFFERENTIAL HEATING.
   LOWER ATMOSPHERIC INSTABILITY WILL INCREASE DURING THE AFTERNOON
   WHICH MAY ALLOW FOR AN INCREASE IN ONGOING FIRE ACTIVITY.

   INCREASINGLY HOT CONDITIONS ACROSS WA / OR / CA. SLY WINDS WILL
   INCREASE OVER THE NRN PLAINS AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS E OF THE
   AREA...WITH WARMER TEMPERATURES AND LOWERING RH VALUES IN THE WAKE
   OF RECENT RAINS.
   
   ...WA AND OREGON...
   UPPER FLOW ALONG NRN PERIPHERY OF RIDGE WILL FLATTEN JUST A BIT AND
   WILL ALLOW FOR INCREASING WIND SPEEDS TO DEVELOP. SUSTAINED WLY
   WINDS OF 10-15 MPH APPEAR LIKELY WITH HIGHER GUSTS OF 15-20 MPH IN
   THE RIDGE TOPS OF THE WA AND NRN OREGON CASCADES. IT WILL REMAIN
   VERY HOT AND DRY...WITH MDT TO HIGH HAINES. OVERALL CONDITIONS WILL
   BE VERY NEAR CRITICAL...AND COULD BE UPGRADED IN NEXT DAY ONE IF
   CONDITIONS WARRANT.
   
   ...NRN PLAINS...
   EFFECTS OF RECENT PRECIPITATION WILL MITIGATE FIRE THREAT ON FRIDAY.
    NONETHELESS WARMER AND DRIER WEATHER WILL MATERIALIZE WITH SLY
   WINDS NEAR 15 MPH AND GUSTY.  MIN RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO AVERAGE
   FROM 20-25 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON.
