   UPPER TROUGH WILL SHIFT EWD TODAY ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES...WITH
   SURFACE FRONT EXTENDING FROM WRN SD ACROSS WY WWD ALONG THE ID / NV
   BORDER. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR IN ASSOCIATION WITH THIS 
   BOUNDARY WITH A FEW DRY STORMS POSSIBLE SOUTH OF IT INTO CENTRAL AND
   ERN NV AS WELL AS INTO PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND SRN UT. LOCALLY GUSTY
   WLY WINDS WILL EXIST SOUTH OF THE FRONT OVER NRN NV WITH MARGINALLY
   LOW RH VALUES. STRONGER WINDS WILL OCCUR OVER SERN ID AND WY...BUT
   RH LEVELS WILL NOT BE VERY LOW.  ELSEWHERE...IT WILL REMAIN WARM
   OVER MOST OF THE DESERT SW AND INTERIOR VALLEYS OF CA...BUT
   EXCESSIVELY LOW RH LEVELS WILL NOT EXIST.
   
   ...NV / UT...
   MARGINAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL EXIST TODAY SOUTH OF A SLOW
   MOVING FRONTAL BOUNDARY. BY AFTERNOON WLY WINDS NEAR 15 MPH WITH
   HIGHER GUSTS AND RH LEVELS OF 15-20 PERCENT CAN BE EXPECTED. THE
   LOWEST RH LEVELS WILL BE OVER WRN NV.  IN ADDITION...ISOLATED
   THUNDERSTORMS...SOME DRY...WILL OCCUR OVER THE ERN HALF OF NV AS
   WELL AS MOST OF UT. SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS STORMS WILL BE ONGOING AND
   WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE FRONT ITSELF...BUT THESE WILL CONTAIN
   SUBSTANTIAL RAINS. THE MOST LIKELY AREA FOR DRY STORMS WILL BE OVER
   THE HIGH TERRAIN OVER E CENTRAL NV...AND OVER THE SRN WASATCH WHERE
   A DRIER LOW LEVEL AIR MASS WILL EXIST.

   FRIDAY...ALLOWING UPPER RIDGE TO BUILD BACK OVER THE WRN STATES.
   SURFACE THERMAL TROUGH WILL BE ORIENTED ALONG THE CASCADE MTNS...SWD
   INTO THE SIERRA. WINDS WITHIN THIS SURFACE TROUGH WILL BE LIGHT AND
   RH WILL BE LOW. MONSOONAL MOISTURE WILL CAUSE SCATTERED
   THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE FOUR CORNERS STATES AS WELL AS MUCH OF SRN CA
   AND NV.
   
   ...WA AND OR...
   BUILDING UPPER RIDGE AND AND DEVELOPING SURFACE THERMAL TROUGH WILL
   CAUSE TEMPERATURES TO RISE AND RH TO LOWER COMPARED TO PREVIOUS DAY.
   ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL BE MAINLY LIGHT AND TERRAIN DRIVEN...STEEP LOW
   LEVEL LAPSE RATES DURING THE AFTERNOON WILL ALLOW FOR SOME
   TURBULENCE TO DEVELOP. MIN RH VALUES WILL LOWER INTO THE 25-30
   PERCENT RANGE WRN SLOPES OF THE CASCADES AND INTO THE MID TEENS E
   SLOPES.
