   PLAINS TODAY...BRING A STRONG WIND SHIFT FROM SLY TO NWLY. AHEAD OF
   THIS FRONT...THUNDERSTORMS WILL FORM WITHIN A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH
   OVER ND/MN/SD. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY OCCUR AS WELL FARTHER WEST
   ALONG TRAILING FRONTAL BOUNDARY OVER NRN WY AND SRN MT.  FARTHER
   W...A DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE OVER THE GREAT BASIN.
   
   ...CENTRAL AND SERN ID / WRN WY / NRN UT...
   MODERATE WLY FLOW WILL SETUP OVER THE AREA TODAY AS YESTERDAYS
   TROUGH CONTINUES EWD INTO THE NRN PLAINS. A DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN
   IN PLACE...BUT WINDS WILL BE LIGHTER AND WILL AVERAGE 10-15 MPH.
   GIVEN LIGHTNING STRIKES THAT OCCURRED YESTERDAY OVER WRN WY AND NRN
   UT...AND A MDT TO HIGH HAINES FORECAST...NEW FIRES MAY MATERIALIZE
   BUT LIGHT WINDS WILL MITIGATE OVERALL THREAT.
   
   ...WRN SD / ERN WY / WRN NEBRASKA...
   A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA TODAY...AND WILL CAUSE WINDS
   TO SHIFT TO THE NW 15-20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. IT WILL BE VERY WARM
   AS WELL WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 90S AND RH DROPPING INTO THE 20-25
   PERCENT RANGE. IN ADDITION...LIGHTNING WILL OCCUR DURING THE
   AFTERNOON AS ISOLATED STORMS DEVELOP...BUT THEY MAY CONTAIN WETTING
   RAIN.
   
   ...CENTRAL AND ERN TX...
   IT WILL REMAIN DRY TODAY WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 90S AND RH LEVELS
   DROPPING BELOW 30 PERCENT. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT THOUGH...AND RH WILL

   ON THE RISE OVER TX/LA/AR.

   ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL BE GENERALLY LIGHT OUT OF THE SW AT 5-10
   MPH...THE VERY DRY AIR MASS ALONG WITH STEEP LOW TO MID LEVEL LAPSE
   RATES WILL ALLOW FOR MDT TO HIGH HAINES INDEX TUESDAY
   AFTERNOON...WHICH WOULD SUGGEST INCREASED FIRE ACTIVITY POSSIBLE
