   PROGRESSES SLOWLY SOUTHWARD OFF THE NRN CA COAST. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
   REMAIN FROM THE NORTHEAST/MID ATLANTIC STATES INTO THE SRN PLAINS.
   SCATTERED SHOWERS/TSTMS WILL BE COMMON ALONG A FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM
   THE WRN GREAT LAKES INTO THE CNTRL PLAINS...AS WELL AS MUCH OF
   NM/ERN AZ.
   
   ...SRN NV/FAR WRN UT AND ADJACENT INTERIOR CA...
   EAST OF UPPER TROUGH ALONG THE NRN CA COAST...SLIGHTLY INCREASED
   WIND SPEEDS/BREEZY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE SRN GREAT
   BASIN TODAY. SUSTAINED SLY BROAD SCALE WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE
   AROUND 15 MPH...WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS. ALTHOUGH MID LEVEL MOISTURE/
   PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES WILL GRADUALLY BE INCREASING THROUGH THE
   PERIOD...MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL BE IN THE 5-10 PERCENT RANGE FOR A
   FEW HOURS DURATION THIS AFTERNOON.

   BROAD SCALE WINDS WILL REMAIN RELATIVELY LIGHT OVER THIS

   WITH EWD PROGRESSION OF UPPER LOW ONTO THE NRN CA COAST...A FURTHER
   INCREASE IN WIND SPEEDS IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE SRN GREAT BASIN ON
   THURSDAY. SUSTAINED S/SW WINDS OF 15-20 MPH ARE ANTICIPATED WITH
   LOCALLY HIGHER GUSTS. ALTHOUGH MID LEVEL MOISTURE WILL HAVE
   INCREASED SINCE EARLY WEDNESDAY...RH VALUES /10-15 PERCENT/ SHOULD
   REMAIN BELOW CRITICAL THRESHOLDS THURSDAY AFTERNOON. SHOULD WIND
