   WEST...A WEAK UPPER LOW WILL SLOWLY MOVE INTO CENTRAL
   CA...INCREASING WINDS BUT ALSO RH LEVELS WITH RAIN.

   SWLY FLOW ALOFT AHEAD OF UPPER LOW WILL INCREASE MOISTURE ACROSS THE
   REGION...ATOP A DRY SURFACE AIR MASS. ISOLATED DRY THUNDERSTORMS
   WILL RESULT DURING THE AFTERNOON...ALTHOUGH SIGNIFICANT CLOUD COVER
   IN AREAS WILL LIMIT HEATING AND MIN RH VALUES. THREAT OF LIGHTNING
   STRIKES WILL PERSIST AND THROUGH THE NIGHT BUT RH WILL RECOVER.

   FAST ZONAL FLOW ACROSS THE AREA WILL ALLOW FOR SUSTAINED WLY WINDS
   OF 15-20 MPH. RH WILL REMAIN LOW AND NEAR 15 PERCENT. MDT HAINES
   WILL EXIST OVER MUCH OF THE AREA SUGGESTING ENHANCED FIRE THREAT
   DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS.

   WILL MOVE EWD INTO THE GREAT BASIN AND WILL BRING RAIN AND
   STORMS...MOST OF THEM WET. WINDS WILL ALSO INCREASE WITH THIS TROUGH
   ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN AND INTO WY AND WRN CO...BUT RH LEVELS WILL
   BE UP SIGNIFICANTLY.
   
   A STRONG AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL ALSO MOVE SWD INTO THE NRN
   ROCKIES AND PLAINS...WITH LEADING EDGE TAKING THE FORM OF THE COLD
   FRONT THAT WILL EXTEND FROM SRN MN INTO SRN WY WED AFTERNOON. COOL
   TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR BEHIND THE FRONT WITH HOT TEMPERATURES TO
   THE SOUTH.
