   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
A BROAD UPPER TROUGH WILL AFFECT MUCH OF THE WRN U.S. TODAY WHILE
HOT AND DRY WEATHER CONTINUES OVER THE SRN PLAINS. AT THE
SURFACE...A COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND ACROSS THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY WWD
INTO MO AND ERN KS. FARTHER W...A MUCH STRONGER FRONT WILL EXTEND
FROM JUST WEST OF THE BLACK HILLS ACROSS NRN WY AND INTO THE NRN

DEVELOP FOR A FEW HOURS DURING THE AFTERNOON.

   ...CENTRAL TX...
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL TX MAY SEE MARGINALLY CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS TODAY WITH INCREASING NELY WINDS. FALLING PRESSURES IN
RESPONSE TO APPROACHING HURRICANE RITA WILL CAUSE WINDS TO INCREASE

SEE A RAPID INCREASE IN RH LEVELS...PORTIONS OF CENTRAL TX...MAINLY
ALONG THE I-35 CORRIDOR...WILL REMAIN HOT AND DRY WITH MIN RH LEVELS
