   VALID 091200Z - 101200Z

   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
A BROAD UPPER TROUGH WILL AGAIN DEVELOP OVER THE ERN CONUS BY THE
END OF DAY ONE...WITH BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES OVER MOST OF THIS
REGION. THIS DEEPENING OF THE BROAD UPPER TROUGH WILL BE AIDED BY A
STRONG SYSTEM MOVING SEWD OUT OF CANADA. AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM...WLY
WINDS WILL INCREASE AND DOWNSLOPE FLOW WILL DEVELOP OVER THE
NRN/CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS LEADING TO WARMING TEMPERATURES. BUT
TEMPERATURES WILL STILL BE SUFFICIENTLY COOL /40S/ TO LIMIT ANY FIRE
WEATHER CONCERNS. FURTHER WEST...AN UPPER LOW WILL REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY OFF THE SRN CA COAST. WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE
OVER SRN CA AS HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS ENTRENCHED OVER THE GREAT
BASIN. HOWEVER...MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES...LIGHT PRECIPITATION AND
COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL LIMIT ANY FIRE WEATHER THREAT.

   VALID 101200Z - 111200Z

   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
A BROAD/DEEP UPPER TROUGH WILL REMAIN OVER THE ERN CONUS THROUGH THE
PERIOD. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES
ALONG WITH NO FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS. MILD TEMPERATURES AND LOW RH
READINGS WILL BE PRESENT OVER THE SOUTHWEST STATES INTO SRN CA.
WEAK SURFACE WINDS...AND THE PRESENCE OF AN UPPER LOW OFF THE CA
COAST WITH ASSOCIATED MID-HIGH CLOUD COVER...WILL LIMIT ANY FIRE
   WEATHER THREATS.
