   THROUGH THE PERIOD. SEVERAL UPPER IMPULSES REACHING THE WEST COAST
   WILL MAINTAIN A WET PATTERN ACROSS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST/NORTHERN
   ROCKIES. ELSEWHERE...LEE TROUGH WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE HIGH
   PLAINS...WITH HIGH PRESSURE DOMINANT ACROSS THE GULF COAST/SOUTHEAST
   STATES.
   
   ...NORTHERN FL/AL/GA...
   DRY AIRMASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST STATES THROUGH
   THE PERIOD. WITH LITTLE CHANGE IN AIRMASS CHARACTERISTICS SINCE
   WEDNESDAY...MARGINALLY CRITICAL RH VALUES ARE AGAIN EXPECTED FOR A
   FEW HOURS DURATION THIS AFTERNOON. WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN RATHER
   LIGHT /AROUND 5 MPH/ GIVEN THE PROXIMITY OF THE SURFACE HIGH AND
   WEAK PRESSURE GRADIENT.
   
   ...EASTERN NM/NORTHWEST TX...
   A MODEST INCREASE OF SW WINDS IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON IN VICINITY
   OF SHARPENING LEE TROUGH ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS OF
   NM/NORTHWEST TX. SUSTAINED WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE 10-15 MPH...WITH
   SOME HIGHER GUSTS. MILD AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE
   MIDDLE 60S TO LOWER 70S...WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES OF 15-25 PERCENT

   INCREASE LOW LEVEL MOISTURE ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST STATES ON FRIDAY.
   NEVERTHELESS...AT LEAST MARGINALLY CRITICAL RH VALUES ARE AGAIN
   ANTICIPATED FRIDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS NORTHERN FLORIDA AND ADJACENT
   AL/GA...WITH MILD TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S. WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN
   VERY LIGHT AROUND 5 MPH OR LESS.

   ATTRIBUTABLE TO BUILDING WESTERN STATES RIDGE/INTERMOUNTAIN HIGH
   PRESSURE...MODEST OFFSHORE GRADIENT WILL GRADUALLY DEVELOP/INCREASE
   ACROSS SOUTHERN CA DURING THE LATTER PART OF THE PERIOD. THIS WILL
   LEAD TO MILDER TEMPERATURES/LOWER RH VALUES THIS WEEKEND.
