   UPPER SHORTWAVE TROUGH WILL CONTINUE EWD OUT OF THE CENTRAL PLAINS
   INTO THE MIDDLE MS VALLEY WITH SLIGHT RIDGING OVER THE FOUR CORNERS
   STATES. AT THE SURFACE...A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SWD THROUGH ERN
   OK AND NRN TX TODAY BRINGING COOLER TEMPERATURES AND A WIND SHIFT TO
   NLY. RH LEVELS WILL REMAIN LOW OVER THE SRN PLAINS  RESULTING IN
   HIGH FIRE DANGER. FARTHER E...HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE SERN STATES
   WILL WEAKEN AND SHIFT EWD...KEEPING CONDITIONS OVER FL/GA/CAROLINAS
   DRY.

   A DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE AS A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH
   ERN OK THIS MORNING AND INTO NERN TX BY MIDDAY. ALTHOUGH
   TEMPERATURES WILL BE A BIT COOLER THAN PREVIOUS DAY...MIN RH VALUES
   OF 20-30 PERCENT WILL STILL OCCUR...ALONG WITH GUSTY NLY WINDS OF
   15-20 MPH. WINDS GUSTS MAY EXCEED 20 MPH THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.
   FUELS REMAIN EXCEPTIONALLY DRY AND CONDITIONS MAY BECOME
   PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS AROUND ONGOING FIRES. RH LEVELS WILL RECOVER
   QUICKLY BY EARLY EVENING WHILE WINDS DIE DOWN AND SHIFT TO A SLY
   DIRECTION BY SATURDAY MORNING.

   STRONGER UPPER LEVEL JET WILL BE DIGGING INTO THE FOUR CORNERS BY
   SUNDAY MORNING...SETTING THE STAGE FOR EXTREMELY CRITICAL CONDITIONS
   FOR THE SRN PLAINS SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: LOCALLY STRONG WINDS / LOW RH / EXTREME DROUGHT
   
   POST FRONTAL AIR MASS WILL MODIFY SAT AS MODERATE ZONAL FLOW ALOFT
   HELPS LEE TROUGH TO FORM OVER THE HIGH PLAINS. SLY WINDS WILL
   INCREASE TO 15-20 MPH SUSTAINED WITH GUSTS NEAR 25 MPH OVER OK AND
   CNTRL/NRN TX...WHILE HIGHER SPEEDS OCCUR FARTHER W INTO W TX AND
   SERN NM WITH 20-25 MPH SUSTAINED. TEMPERATURES WILL RISE INTO THE
   60S AND 70S REGION WIDE WITH MIN RH VALUES RANGING FROM 20-25
   PERCENT OVER OK AND NRN TX TO NEAR 15 PERCENT OVER WRN TX AND SERN
   NM. FURTHER...WIND SPEEDS WILL NOT DECREASE SIGNIFICANTLY OVERNIGHT
   DUE TO EFFECTS OF APPROACHING UPPER SYSTEM TO THE WEST. CONTINUED
   STRONG WINDS WILL KEEP LOW LEVELS MIXED AND TEMPERATURES RELATIVELY
   WARM OVERNIGHT AS NEXT SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE WEST FOR SUNDAY.
