   EARLY MORNING SFC ANALYSIS SHOWS SFC LOW IN CNTRL IA WITH A COLD
   FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE LOW INTO NCNTRL KS. AT UPPER LEVELS...UPPER
   TROUGH NOW CROSSING AZ/UT WILL MOVE INTO THE CNTRL/SRN PLAINS TODAY.
   COLD FRONT WILL ACCELERATE SWD ACROSS KS INTO OK THIS MORNING/AFTN
   PRECEDED BY A PRE-FRONTAL WIND SHIFT. MEANWHILE A DRYLINE WILL
   BECOME BETTER DEFINED OVER NCNTRL TX. SHARP WIND SHIFTS AND RELATIVE
   HUMIDITY CHANGES WILL OCCUR NEAR THE RESPECTIVE BOUNDARIES. POST
   FRONTAL WINDS ACROSS OK/TX PANHANDLE WILL BE EVEN STRONGER THAN
   AHEAD OF THE FRONT. THERE IS SOME CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION
   TODAY...BUT AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY BE LIGHT AND RAIN SHOWERS SCATTERED.
   
   ...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA 1 - SERN OK/NCNTRL TX...
   
   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: SUSTAINED WINDS 15-20 MPH WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS/ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS/SEVERE LONG TERM DROUGHT
   
   SFC DEWPOINTS ARE MAINLY IN THE UPPER 30S/40S WITH ASSOCIATED RH
   VALUES ABOVE 60 PERCENT AS OF EARLY THIS MORNING.
   HOWEVER...PARTIALLY BECAUSE OF THE WARM START...ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS
   IN THE MID/UPPER 60S ARE EXPECTED BEFORE THE FRONT ARRIVES...WITH
   70S SOUTH OF THE RED RIVER. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL BE IN THE 25-35
   PERCENT RANGE. WINDS MAY SHIFT AHEAD OF THE ACTUAL FRONT...BUT WILL
   BE VERY GUSTY BEHIND THE FRONT. SUSTAINED POST FRONTAL WINDS OF
   20-30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF OK BY LATE
   AFTN.

   THIS REGION WILL AGAIN EXPERIENCE WARM TEMPS IN THE MID 50S/MID 60S
   TODAY...ALONG WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES BELOW 20 PERCENT. GUSTY WLY

   DISTURBANCE NOW CROSSING AZ/UT WILL PHASE WITH NRN SYSTEM...WITH A
   SHARPLY AMPLIFIED LONG WAVE TROUGH ACROSS THE CNTRL CONUS ON TUE
   MORNING. TROUGH WILL QUICKLY MOVE EWD INTO THE OH VALLEY BY EARLY
   WED. ASSOCIATED SFC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL EVENTUALLY LIFT NWD
   ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES...WITH ELONGATED COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM
   LAKE ERIE SWD TO GA BY TUE EVENING.
   
   ...SCNTRL TX...
   SUSTAINED POST FRONTAL WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WILL DEVELOP ACROSS MUCH
   OF SCNTRL TX...WITH HIGHER GUSTS LIKELY TO AROUND 40 MPH.
   TEMPERATURES WILL GENERALLY BE COOLER...WHICH SHOULD MITIGATE
   CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
