   VALID 221200Z - 231200Z

   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
UPPER TROUGH WILL MOVE FROM THE SWRN STATES INTO THE SRN PLAINS.
BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE UPPER TROUGH OVER
THE MTNS OF FAR SWRN TEXAS/SRN NM. HOWEVER...MIN RH READINGS WILL BE
SLIGHTLY ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS PRECLUDING A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
THREAT. FURTHER EAST...A BROAD UPPER LOW CENTERED OVER NEW ENGLAND
WILL REINFORCE COOLER/DRIER AIR TO MUCH OF THE ERN SEABOARD. MILDER
TEMPERATURES IN FLA COMBINED WITH THE DRY AIR WILL PRODUCE HIGH FIRE
DANGER AND NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE LIMITING
FACTOR WILL BE RELATIVELY LIGHT WINDS.

   ...FAR WRN TX/SRN NM...
IN THE WAKE OF THE UPPER TROUGH...STEEP LOW-MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES
WILL AID IN MOMENTUM TRANSFER OF STRONGER MID LEVEL WINDS ALOFT
TOWARDS THE SURFACE. SUSTAINED WLY WINDS FROM 20-30 MPH WILL BE
LIKELY OVER THE DAVIS/GUADALUPE MTNS WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
RELATIVELY COOL TEMPERATURES WILL LIMIT MIN RH READINGS TO GENERALLY
ABOVE 15 PERCENT...LIMITING CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THREAT.

   ...FLA...
DRY AIR WITH DEWPTS IN THE 30S/40S WILL CONTINUE TO FILTER IN BEHIND
A FRONTAL BOUNDARY THAT WILL MOVE SWD THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE
STATE THIS MORNING. MILD TEMPERATURES WILL SUPPORT LOW RH READINGS
THIS AFTERNOON FROM 20-30 PERCENT. RELATIVELY WEAK SUSTAINED WINDS
/AROUND 10 MPH/ WILL LIMIT THE NEED FOR A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
   OUTLOOK AREA.
