   AND TSTMS WILL DEVELOP FROM TX/OK TO MN/WI AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT.
   ACROSS THE WEST...RIDGE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD WITH WARMER AND DRIER
   CONDITIONS EXPECTED THROUGH THE WEEKEND. MID/UPPER LEVEL JET STREAK
   WILL PROGRESS ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES TODAY WITH STRONG WLY WINDS
   ACROSS PORTIONS OF MT/ND.

   MODERATELY STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP TODAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF MT
   INTO CNTRL ND. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 20-30 PERCENT WITH
   WLY WINDS OF 20-30 MPH WITH A FEW HIGHER GUSTS LIKELY. A FEW TSTMS

   CNTRL PLAINS BECOMING QUASISTATIONARY NEAR THE NRN GREAT BASIN. IT
   WILL BE WINDIER ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN AS DAYTIME HIGH TEMPS CLIMB
   BACK INTO THE MID 80S THROUGH LOWER 100S IN THE DESERTS. ISOLD TO
   SCATTERED TSTMS WILL DEVELOP FROM ERN ORE THROUGH CNTRL/SRN ID ON
