   A SURFACE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM...ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL
   STORM...WILL MOVE FROM SW IDAHO INTO SOUTH CNTRL SOUTH DAKOTA
   THROUGH THE FORECAST PERIOD. AHEAD OF THIS LOW IN WYOMING AND
   EASTERN SD...SURFACE WINDS WILL BE STRONG AND GUSTY WITH LOW
   RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES DURING THE AFTERNOON...BRINGING A FIRE
   WEATHER THREAT TO THE REGION. ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW...A COLD
   FRONT WILL TRAIL FROM SOUTH DAKOTA...TO COLORADO...UTAH...AND
   NEVADA. THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE UNITED STATES...PRECIPITATION
   WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE MIDWEST...WITH SEASONABLE WEATHER IN THE
   EASTERN STATES.
   
   ...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - EASTERN SD/CNTRL AND NW WY...
   
   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
   
   DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS...WINDS AHEAD OF A
   SURFACE LOW THAT WILL BE LOCATED IN NW WY BY 18/00Z WILL BE STRONG
   AND GUSTY...AROUND 20 KTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS. RELATIVE HUMIDITY
   VALUES IN THE CRITICAL AREA WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER SINGLE DIGITS
   TO LOWER TWENTIES...BRINGING A FIRE WEATHER THREAT...ESPECIALLY TO
   AREAS WITH DRY SURFACE FUELS. WHILE SURFACE TEMPERATURES WILL NOT BE
   ABNORMALLY HIGH...VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO CLIMB INTO THE UPPER 80S TO
   90S F...AND WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
   THE FIRE WEATHER THREAT SHOULD DIMINISH AFTER SUNSET AS THE SURFACE
   LOW MOVES TO THE EAST AND A COLD FRONT PASSES THROUGH THE AREA.

   PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE AS THIS UPPER-LEVEL DISTURBANCE GRAZES THE
   NORTHERN MIDWEST. IN OTHER AREAS OF THE COUNTRY...NO SIGNIFICANT
   FIRE WEATHER THREATS APPEAR LIKELY AS NO AREAS OF NOTABLE TROUGHS OR
   FRONTS WITH EITHER VERY GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES...OR
   ANOMALOUS HIGH SURFACE TEMPERATURES WILL CREATE ANY LARGE-SCALE
